Recording calls

    Hi There,

    I'm looking to replace our Algo ECR system. As far as I can tell the only real feature 3CX is missing is the ability to record calls.

    Is there any way of recording internal and external calls through 3CX?

    3cx can record calls. This is set on an extension by extension basis in the settings for the extension.

    Also if you are in a call and recording is not set on the extension you can use the assistant to record the call.

    Excellent, I must have missed that.

    I presume the call recording cannot be turned off by the user and is managed via the central console?

    The all or nothing setting for the extension is done by the admin in 3cx.
