The conferencing extension doesn´t have an option "record all calls", as the other extensions have. And, thus, it is not recorded by itself. Only the Extensions are recorded. So, if we setup a conference and at least one 3CX extension jump in, we got the recording (All extensions here are marked for recording). But, recently we had a conferencing, with two internal people and one external. But, at the time that the conference happened, both internal people were outside the office, and connected into the conference using their cellphones (Didn´t used the 3CX Softphone). So, all three participants have entered the conference from outside, and it didn´t get recorded. We already reproduced it here, so we are sure that this is the cause. It would be great to ensure that a conference gets recorded, even if all participants are joining from the outside.
