The drive that's designated for call recordings have become full and now 3CX has disabled recording. I tried to find a solution to make space but no function was apparent. I lowered the days count to 8 to get recordings older than 8 days to delete. Rebooted, nothing happened. I then searched the forum and a 3CX personnel member suggested to delete the folder's content, which I did and now the whole drive is empty. Rebooted and it's still showing it as disabled - max quota reached and now I've also lost the whole call logs.
Please advise!
