Recording Display Name is not updated

    In my recordings screen (https://..../#/app/recordings) the Display Names for users that changed recently is not correct, either shows the name of a user that left the company or is blank. Other screens are up to date.

    I'm using version 15.5.5

    Hello @phil.wade ,

    what phones are you using for the extensions that this happens? Have you tried reprovisioning the phone after changing the name?

    Hi phil.wade,

    in order for the name to change in recordings you need to reprovision the IP phone after changing the name in the management console. Previous recordings however will stay they way they are.
