We recently upgraded from v14 to the latest v15.5 finally. We run a call center that records all phone calls of all our agents. I have noticed that the file size for those recordings has drastically increased. In only three days time, we are already at 12GB of recording storage. We used to keep 3-4 months of recordings in about the same amount of space? Why has the file size grown so exponentially? Is there any way to get them reduced back down to reality?
