Hello! I'm working in Reditus LLP(system integrators) and we use 3CX for own purposes. I do love 3CX System, but we can't sell it to our regular customers because of everyone need calls recording. Yes, I know that 3CX have that feature, but according to our local LAW if you want to record calls you have to notify other side about it. And notification must be in record files. More than that, notifications have to be non-switchable. Thing is that our customers are mostly contact-centers, etc and they need to record calls. So we can't sell 3CX to them instead of Cisco/Avaya with third party recording systems. In conclusion, we need: - Notification about call recording (should be in call record files too) - Notification have to be non-switchable otherwise recording shoud automatically turns off.
