    Many Call centers need the ability to record calls in certain queues; however, they do not need to record calls for all queues.

    I would like to request the feature to allow call recording for select queues so that agents can be a member of serval queue's while only recording calls for queues which require record preservation.

    This would also allow us to meet requirements for privacy laws across all of our queues.

    Yep, definite big bonus for large call centres. Especially those handling multiple clients who may or may not want recordings (such as ours)
