    Hi,

    In 3CX Phone System when the call was recorded, can the administrator see the followings in his web portal (Management Console or Windows Management Console).

    (1) Searching features. (by Caller ID, Date)
    (2) Playing the recording
    (3) Downloading the recording

    This is not possible in the Management Console (Web or GUI) The only option for recorded calls is to change the recording path.
    The recordings are however kept in folders by extension.
