    Hi,

We 're running multiple hosted 3CX instances. We have a real problem for the recordings as they cannot be stored in Google Drive or on a FTP server. For call centers or other companies that want to log all recordings for 30 days, this is a problem.

It would be great if the same could be done for the recordings as for the back up and restore to Google Drive or FTP. Is this coming anytime soon?

    Thanks.

You should look at our 3CX Recording Manager add-on (https://www.VoIPTools.com). Our current product can compress recordings to 1/2 the original size and save the "archive" version where you choose (share, SAN, NAS, Symbolic Link, etc. We can also email the recordings to a central repository. I would be happy to add FTP and/or Google as another storage option.
