Solved Recordings Not working

    After upgrading to 3CX SP2 recording certain phones or all doesn't work anymore and the option is checked to record calls for the users. Is this a bug or is there something else that needs to be done for this functionality to work. Please advise.

    Search for the recording by the date (eg. 11/16/17). I thought my recordings werent working either but 3cx isnt sorting the files.

    My pbx was still recording but the new files were in the middle of the old files in the list.

    hello i tried sorting by date but that didn't help. any more suggestions?

    Instead of sorting try searching in the search bar at the top of the recording screen. Type in the extention number and then look at the dates on all of the pages.

    I think the sorting is broke in sp2.

    ok yes I see the latest recordings now, sorting is indeed broken up in SP2, I wonder if 3CX knows this, maybe it's a bug?
