Solved Recordings view permission

    In v15.5 where do you give individual users the right to view recordings. It mentions this in the documentation but I can't seem to find it.

    Hello @imagemaster

    You will need to provide access for those users to the management console by enabling the option under extension settings / rights.
    You will need to enable allow downloads of call recordings

    Thanks. I also found it under Phone Provision --> 3cx Client --> Access.
