Redirect calls to specific number

    Is there a way to redirect calls to a specific number? I mean not changing state of the user but specifying the number.
    If the user goes to work fom his place near to internal 100, something like *3*100 to redirect all call to internal 100 from his own internal. Changing state with *3 + state_number is too rigid, the user must have the opportunity to choose freely the internal to which redirect calls.

    I couldn't find how to do that, is it possible?

    This is not exactly what I was looking for but probably I need to change my and my customers approach to this task.
