Hi Guys, I'm wondering if there is a simpler way to achieve what a client has requested. They are configured with their main number coming into a Ring Group, that overflows into another Ring Group etc. They have asked for an easy way to divert that incoming number to mobile phone when out of the office for training. They don't want all other inbound numbers redirected however. This will be an ad-hoc requirement, and ideally they would be able to turn on and off themselves. Any ideas on the easiest way to implement such a feature?
