Redirect to Exchange IVR Not registered

    Hi all,

    I have 3cx12 and exchange 2013, on different servers, and configured and working correctly. I am trying to do the redirect to exchange for voicemails but every time I create the IVR and redirect to exchange it displays as not registered and when I try to call the number and divert to voicemail it just hangs up. Any help would be greatly appreciated as im sure the wife is sick of me coming to bed at 2AM every night for the past week

    what ports do you have specified in 3cx and do you have a valid certificate or self signed on exchange?

    ports in 3cx for what? and I have a valid certificate.
