Reduce the time with Digital Receptionist

    Hello everybody,

    I have a licence Pro for 3CX since 2 weeks.
    Everything work perfecly and I am very happy to use 3cx :).

    But I have a question about the delay with the Digital Receptionist.

    3 keys are sets :
    Key 1 : Connect to queue tech
    Key 2 : Connect to queue comptability
    Key 3 : Connect to queue sales

    When the guest push on the key 1, 2 or 3 , there is about 8 seconds before switch to the good queue.

    I have change the file please_hold.wav by a short file (0.5 second).
    I don't want to use "direct extension". How I can disable it ?

    How can I reduce the time between the Digital Receptionist and the queue ?
