Regd- Incoming call problems

    Hi there.

    I am doing a test with 3CX for the VoIP number .

    I could see the all outbound calls are fine.

    Incoming Issue - Call ended while connected ( Receiving from BT Landline)
    Call ended while connected ( Receiving from Mobile)

    Other Voip to VOIP incoming and Normal Voip number to incoming is fine.


    Please can anyone help with this.

    This is using the 3CX phone with a VoIP provider, or as an extension off the 3CX PBX? If it is with the PBX, then check the PBX log just after a failed (dropped) call.

    This is 3CX with a voip provider. I checked the port and firewall as well but still it is doing the same thing.

    only calls incoming problem from BT landline and Mobile.

    Please advice

    If you are using the 3CX phone in conjunction with a VoIP provider, and the only calls dropping are those originating from BT landlines or mobiles (every other call is fine), then I would suggest that the problem is between BT and your VoIP provider.

    You should probably have them looking into it.

    Is this just happening on your home network, or have you tried using it at other hot spots?
