I'm trying to register a new digital receptionist answer. But the button is disabled. Why?

Can you please let me know what version of the PBX are you using?
You can find the build number on the dashboard under the information column next to the licence.
Make sure that there are no invalid characters in the name of the prompt like a space in the end. Also does this happen to the specific IVR or does it happen also to a newly created one?
now it work... And i don't change anything.
