    Hi

Last week I configured the 3CX for one of our customers. Everything worked fine but now, when they open their iPhone, they keep getting timeout requests. 2/3 extensions fail, note that 1 extension (working) is an IP phone, the other 2 are iPhone apps.

On the PBX I notcied following:
    • SIP Server/Call Manager ID: 4101
Extension 01 is unregistered, removed contact: sip:01@10.1.XX.XX:51745;rinstance=0-ik1knvlreh8m6u4uffdhxfkjkwgfpluz;ob;inst="072FA6"

This happens for both exentions (01 & 02). I tried to load their profiles on my Windows client but the issue is the same. It looks like a problem with stun? What service should I restart?

At the moment their are reachable, but only at 1 device.

    Any ideas anyone?

EDIT: When i open my VPN to the customer, all is fine. I guess it's a tunnel problem. Also I noticed that the IP is in RED on the dashboard but this is normal as Dynamic setting?

    Hello @SVanBC

Are the phones local to the PBX or remote? Is the Firewall Checker passing with no errors?
Yes the ip in red is normal since it's a dynamic ip.

    IP Phone is local, works.
iPhones are remote and not registering. I also tried to set the Static Adress, no luck.

Firewall tests is OK. Opened ports:
    Tcp: 5000 5001 5060 5090
    UDP: 5060, 5090

Can you check if your FQDN resolves on the current public ip address?
Do an nslookup using google's DNS like this nslookup FQDN 8.8.8.8 and compare the ip with the current public ip of the PBX

Can you check if all services are running? Also, try creating a new extension and provision the phone to see if that fixes the issue.

    What a weird issue...

Suddenly the profiles loaded, nothing done (really). Customer still had iPhone Profile issues, rebooted device: Issue resolved.

    Consider it closed =)

    Thanks for the fast support!

    Oke so now after the weekend a new phone call;
"It only works from time to time"
    ...

I'm clueless about the issue... One time the iPhone PUSH works, an hour or a day or 2 later, it's broken again...

    Help?
