registration expired ???

    Hi,
    i have a little problem:
    First i register all the lines at the voip provider...some days/weeks later all lines are not unregistered?
    LOG:
    ServRegs:checkExpiration [CM13000] Registration for sip: xxx@xxx.xxx.x.x. has expired.
    This happens with all lines.

    Only when i register each line manually they are registered.

    The settings are: Time between registration attempts: 360 (seconds)???
    So 3CX Software should do it automatically. Or is there an other problem???

    Expiration is checked only for those devices which are registering at PBX, not at VoIP provider. So, when you're registering your VoIP line at VoIP provider - it can not get expired. It will refresh registration before it expires.

    type of Voip provider

    Which Voip provider are you using for information purposes?
