Registration lost overnight, requires exit relaunch

    Anyone else experience 3cx phone lose registration overnight? Every morning when I get into the office I see the message on 3cx and click okay but it will never re-reg. I always have to exit and relaunch. never have any problems with our endpoints in this capacity.

    If this is one set, one location, then I would try swapping out the set to see if the problem continues. or perhaps just a complete reset, and/or firmware upgrade (if available) to see if that stops it from happening. If this happens on more than one set, or continues even after the set has been replaced, then ask yourself.... what has changed on the network?

    Nothing has changed, the network just goes down periodically and 3cx phone wont re reg when it comes back up.

    I'd certainly want to investigate why this is happening.
