registration of an unsupported VoIP provider

    Hi

    I am setting up a VoIP provider, it is registrered and I call that number. But when I hang up, and try to call again I can't connect/call. But after "Refresh registration" of that VoIP provider it works? It seems like the "trunk" hangs after a call??

    Somebody any idea?

    What is your provider?
    is it supported from 3CX?

    What do the logs in the 3CX show, during and after you've hung up?
