Registration of sip for broadvoice has failed *HELP*

    Hello all, I am new to 3CX I am trying to figure out why I am starting to get this error now.
    Can any one help me out to why I am getting this message??

    Try this:

    in Lines >> Manager >> Manage Gateways & Providers >> Broadvoice2 >> Registration Settings
    "Which IP to use in 'Contact' field for registration:"
    Choose 'Specified IP' 147.135.12.221:5060 (instead of External:Stun resolved)

    Your telling 3CX what Ip to use to acess broadvoice instead of having STUN try to figure it out.

    worked for a little then stopped

    I have already tried to install and uninstall. This is new error ever since I installed Version 5. Version 5 did not work so I unistalled it and installed Version 3 again. But now I am getting this error.
    Any reason why this would happen?

    broadvoice problem?

    Norm,
    No I have not got it to work. however from what I have read I think the problem might be with Broad Voice not 3CX. besides that I have read horror stories about the VOIP. I am now cancelling Broadvoice and also using trixbox. It seems to run better.

    Thanks for the heads up....Yea....Broadvoice appears to be a bunch of finger pointers....

    Have you been able to get tribox to register and complete inbound/outbound calls?
