Reject queue call

    Hello to you.

    In my company we have this problem, that I hope someone knows a solution for.

    When being a part of a queue, with "ring all" method.
    - When an extension rejects incomming queue-call, it just rings again after 2 seconds. - Is it possible to make a configuration, so that the phone wont ring again after rejecting the call?

    Hi there,
    No trick on that one, apart going in DND or better logging out from the queue when not available.
