    Hi,

We are running v15.0.60903.0 on an 2008R2 server. We have a problem when an attended transfer is rejected on either the softphone or a yealink T46.

    1. The call is answered, the call agent 1 clicks attended transfer button
    2. Call agent 1 talks to the call agent 2 who the caller would like to speak to.
    3. Call Agent 2 reject the call.
    4. Call Agent 1 clicks Line 1. Call connects again
    5. Both the caller and Call Agent 1 have no audio
If Call Agent 1 clicks hold, the caller can hear on hold music, if you take the call off hold no audio is heard. If you transfer the call to another agent the audio is heard on both caller and Call Agent 3.

What am I missing on allowing Call Agent 1 to hear the audio or receive the rejected call?

    Update:

Looks like it is just 3CX Win Client to 3CX Win Client.
We can go back to Line 1 and talk to the caller, putting Agent 2 on Hold. The moment Agent 2 hangs up the call goes silent but is still connected

    Thanks in advance
    Rory

Worked out the Plantronics Hub mutes the call for the rejected attendant transfer. User needs to unmute headset and press Line 1 to continue the call
