I've added Alcazar Networks to my 3CX PBX as a generic sip provider, however I'm experiencing audio loss at 3:30 into a call. Their technical support says that my server is not responding properly to their reinvites and rejects the call on their reinvite. I'm on version 12 SP 3. I've tried ticking the box for Supports Re-Invite on the Advanced tab of the VOIP Provider setup with no luck. Any suggestions?
