Released Webmeeting FQDN Can't Create New One

    Customer requested a different webmeeting fqdn, followed documentation to release and change through customer portal. Was able to release, but don't know how to change to a new one, customer is using a custom FQDN.

    Changing the FQDN will require releasing it from customer portal and reinstalling the PBX.
    Just take a backup of the PBX without selecting the option "Include Licence Key Information and FQDN", uninstall and reinstall the PBX, restoring the Backup when prompted. It will then ask you for the license and a new FQDN.
    Also note that the web-meeting FQDN is created based on the FQDN provided during the installation/configuration of the PBX based on the following rule:
    userpart.hostpart.tld -> userpart-hostpart-tld.3cx.net
    Example: customer.domain.com -> customer-domain-com.3cx.net
