Remote Access to Voicemail

    We provide virtual office services to our clients. They do not necessarily visit our offices since they work off-site. How could they access their voicemail configuration menu to record their message from an outside phone? We've already set up their line and extension.

    How do they access their voice mail to retreive their messages?

    Hi,

    They can enter the extension of voice mail (default 999) anywhere in the IVR menu. You could also setup a dedicated DID which routes to the voice mail system....
