I am new to this system and so far it has been great. We have it set up in a call center with different groups. One thing we cannot figure out how to manage is how to remotely log agents in and out of queues from the manager 3CX presence information window. The previous system we had, too only only a right click and the option to log an agent into a queue was there. We don't seem to find the option with this system, what are we doing wrong?
