I am new to this system and so far it has been great. We have it set up in a call center with different groups.
One thing we cannot figure out how to manage is how to remotely log agents in and out of queues from the manager 3CX presence information window. The previous system we had, too only only a right click and the option to log an agent into a queue was there. We don't seem to find the option with this system, what are we doing wrong?

    Hi,

Is simply pressing the “Q” button on the 3CXPhone not sufficient enough to login as agent?

Yes it is, but sometimes agents leave their working area and forget to log out, sometimes they forget to log in. in a big call center, having the ability to log agents in and out remotely makes a big difference.

You should be able to open up the Extended Presence screen, and in the "Queue Calls" section, right-click on the person and select "Log in to queue" or "Log out of queue" as needed. I'm not positive, but I think the manager needs to be listed as the Queue Manager in the settings of the queue itself. If the permissions are right, you should be able to do what you're describing.
