remote can not hear the voice of local

    good morning

    i have 3 3cx installation to 3 different customers
    the installation is 3cx 10 mini edition

    every customer report the same problem

    sometime remote can not heart voice of local ( where my customer is in local position)

    i have try to change route ( from Zyxel to Drayteck where Draytec is official 3cx supported)

    i have try to change voip provider ( from eutelia to digitelitalia)

    i have try to change ip phone (from snom to granstream )

    but i have not resolve

    what can i try again ?

    Are you talking about a remote extension, having a problem, or, parties being called over a VoIP provider (trunk call)?

    If it is the latter, then it may have something to do with STUN settings, and what you provider requires. If you have a static IP at the PBX location, you may want to explore disabling STUN, and setting your fixed IP in the 3CX settings.
