    Hi helper,

I am using port forwarder to publisher 3cx PBX to fixed WAN public IP, port forwarded all related ports (TCP/UDP both way), however, remote IP phone is able to register onto server, but not able to call others (both WAN / LAN exts).

I run the 3cx firewall checker, every thing seems ok. see attachment for detail.

This topic refer to "How to deploy 3CX PBX for both LAN & WAN", but no solution yet.

    thank you.

    JX

Do you have STUN enabled on the remote phones?

While it isn't necessary to leave this on, try turning on "PBX delivers audio" for those extensions just to see if it works.

Lastly, put your pbx in verbose logging mode and post a log of the call with a wireshark capture.
