Remote Extension not connect

Hi,

I´m having problems connecting as a remote extension my 3CX Phone for win. I checked "Troubleshooting a Direct Remote Extension", Uncheck Disallow use of extension outside the LAN, Run firewall checker and all is fine and the ports are fine.. the error on the 3CX Phone debug file are:

DX:MP3 Writer initialized
DX:MP3 Encoder initialized
DX:FFDShow not present
Translation file OK
HTTP data provisioning failed
Attempting to connect 187.162.29.XXX
Tunnel got as listening port 62840
Tunnel got as local SIP port 62841
Phone got as local port 62842
Jabra not connected
RTP engine OK
SIP engine OK
Sound mic device OK []
Sound ring device OK []
Sound speaker device OK []
Attempting to start the tunnel

Seems the tunnel conected but few seconds after disconect..

First of all, it's not a good idea to display your entire public IP, you are just asking for trouble.

Check the 3CX PBX log, it should give you more (useful) information about why the tunnel connection could not be maintained.

I have this problem to.
In my case the problem was because password for Tunnel in PBX and password for Tunnel in 3CX Phone did not match.
When have error Tunnel connection established
Tunnel has been disconnected by remote end

Checked password on both side.
