Solved Remote Extension Presence

    When using the 3CX outside of office, i cannot get presence information on android app or windows client.

    I am using Free PBX license

    I can connect to the PBX to make calls there is just no presence information.

    Do i need to enable BOTH 80 and 443 port forwarding?

    Hello @belikecopper

    that depends on what ports you used to install the PBX. If you used 80 and 443 then 443 must be forwarded for presence. Alternatively it i sport 5001

    I sorted it out.
    My ports were set to 5000 and 5001
