Hello all.
I have some issues regarding 3CX Phone System and client. I will try to be clear, and expose these issues, one by one. I hope someone can help me around.
I am running 3CX Server (3CX Phone System v6.0.570.0 FREE VERSION) on Win2000 Server. No Firewall here. LAN address 192.168.3.250
I use a home internet connection (ADSL with 2MB Download & 256KB Upload).
I am using DYNDNS to resolve mi connection IP Address. I have configured that name example.dyndns.org in my 3CX Server ==> Allow calls to external SIP URIs is checked; and the local SIP domain is my DYNDNS name.
My LAN is 192.168.3.X
Between the ADSL and my LAN I have a Linksys WRV200 Router. I have set up PORT FORWARDING as follows:
PORT-------TCP---UDP---DESTINATION
5060---------X------X-----192.168.3.250
5090---------X-------------192.168.3.250
9000~9020--X------X-----192.168.3.250
I have 3 PCs, one notebook and 1 IP telephone on my LAN. All of them connect register as extensions with no problems.
The problem is when I try to register remotely, from WAN. I have tried using DYNDNS name and IP Address at the 3CX Client. After that I have configured the TUNNEL tab, and selected to use this option. The configuration is as follows:
IP or FQDN: 192.168.3.250
Extension: 13
Pin: 13 (its correct)
In the TUNNEL tab:
"Use TUNNEL to connect..." is checked
Use tunnel of host: example.dyndns.org (tried the IP address too) ==> port 5080
Remote end of tunnel: example.dyndns.org (tried the IP address too) ==> port 5090
Tunnel password: *** (its the same one set at the 3CX server)
As I cannot register extensions from WAN, I did the FIREWALL TEST from the "General Settings" and got these results:
Only two errors:
6 9005 Error (4) The STUN server returned an ip which is not accessible from outside. addrFromSTUN = 222.222.222.222:9005 (where 222.222.222.222 is my WAN IP)
13 9011 Error (4) The STUN server returned an ip which is not accessible from outside. addrFromSTUN = 222.222.222.222:9011 (where 222.222.222.222 is my WAN IP)
What am I doing wrong? Or what am I not doing?
Thank you very much in advance!
