I've setup our Auto Attendant for option 9 to connect to the Voicemail system at extension 9999. I'm able to access the AA and press option 9 and get transferred to the voicemail system. The problem is, when it prompts me for the extension number - it does NOT recognize the extension. I tried different extensions and same result. After 3 tries, the call disconnects. Any ideas? Our setup: - 3CX v8 - 4 digit extensions (extensions start with 9; ex 9xxx) - VM extension at 9999 - AA extension at 8000 We're setting this up so our users can access vm remotely.
