    3cx Community:

We have had no problems with the 3CX SIP Proxy/Tunnel using a remote Yealink T28 phone until we upgraded from v9 t v10 SP3. In the past we provisioned the phone, tested it on the local 3CX PBX, and shipped it to the remote user. In this case, the phone was already provisioned for V9 but stopped working when we made change to v10 SP3. Do all phones need to be provisioned on the local PBX first and then shipped to the remote site for use behind the Tunnel? Note that remote 3CX phones work as does MyPhone. We are having problems with the Yealink T22. Any suggestions?

    Best regards,
