Remove Divert to voicemail option from Softphones

    We have noticed that the option to divert to voicemail appears on calls coming in on softphones, even when there call is for a Queue call.
    We would like the option to remove this as some agents have voicemail disabled and are diverting calls through to voicemail and we want to be able to remove this functionality (at least from queue calls)
