Remove * functionality in call queues

    As we have customers who do not want calls to be able to be transferred back/out of the queue, the * functionality causes problems in high-volume PBX's.

    Rationale:
    1. People sometimes use the * to kill the message to proceed to the queue, the current functionality kicks them out.
    2. People sometimes press buttons on their phone by misstake or by their chin (holding the phone to their heads.
