Our call centre team use 'dial codes' to login and logout of call queues (*62 and *63). They do this a large number of times each day. When I back up their call logs, almost half of the calls are these 'dial codes'. Is there a way to automatically configure 3CX to recognise that these dial codes are not outbound calls being made so do not need to be included in the back-up?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but the backup process does not differentiate between source or destination. It simply copies what is in the internal call log database.
