Removing dial codes from call logs and backups

    Our call centre team use 'dial codes' to login and logout of call queues (*62 and *63). They do this a number of times each day. When I back up their call logs, almost half of the calls are 'dial codes'. Is there a way to automatically tell 3CX to recognise that these dial codes are not outbound calls being made?
