Renaming an Extension - Webmeeting doesnt change

    Hi,

    I've re-purposed an old extension of a user that has left however when the new user attempts to do a webmeeting, the old user name is shown. How and where do I update this?

    Hello @Russ_Solentive

    What version PBX are you using? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard under the information column. Also was the extension deleted an d recreated or did you just rename the extension?

    Hi @YiannisH_3CX ,

    I believe we are using 15.5.0. The extension was renamed, not deleted and re-created.
