Solved Renewal Pricing

    We invoice customers for 3CX Maintenance Renewals in advance of their expiration.
    We first (in the past) went to the 3CX partner portal, looked up the correct license key and then went to BUY and entered the customer license to get the version and correct list price.
    We had all the information we needed in one site to find the correct renewal price.

    It appears that we no longer have the option in the portal to look up a renewal price for a specific license key. The BUY page only has a choice to purchase a new license.

    Was this someone's idea of making things better for us or an unintended consequence?

    Can you fix this please.

    Hi Bianca,

    That is where I used to go and also where I went now.

    As I said in my previous message, there is only one choice on the drop down
    > I WOULD LIKE TO Purchase a New License.

    The STEP 1 CHOOSE A PRODUCT there are 3 choices - and they are all SPLA pricing.

    It sounds like I am not seeing the options that you say I should see.

    Well it appears differently for me - I only get 1 option and that is Purchase New.

    I only have an option to Purchase a New License.
    Could this be something wrong with my profile on your system (security privelege)???

    I do not have any account to login to as I am not a reseller----
    Is there an option to logout - then try the link above again?
    Or perhaps a cache issue?

    I called Rod this morning and he fixed my access in about a minute.
