Report for use in creating efficient Digital Receptionist

    My client has their main number hit a ring group (801). 90% of calls are answered by one of the two users in that group, then transferred as needed to other employees in the company.

    Is there a way I can have a report show me where the incoming calls to the ring group (one or both users) are sent to? I would like to only see the calls transferred to other extensions, not the instances where the RG members were simply calling another internal user.

    Any suggestions? Or is this not something that 3CX call reports can do?

    Hello @tech10,

    I am afraid there is no report that does that specifically in 3CX. You could create a call report for those extensions and filter the calls by reason. when a call is transferred to another extension you will "replaced" in the reason column. You can also request for this by creating a feature request in our ideas forum where it can be upvoted by other users and evaluated by the appropriate department.
