My client has their main number hit a ring group (801). 90% of calls are answered by one of the two users in that group, then transferred as needed to other employees in the company. Is there a way I can have a report show me where the incoming calls to the ring group (one or both users) are sent to? I would like to only see the calls transferred to other extensions, not the instances where the RG members were simply calling another internal user. Any suggestions? Or is this not something that 3CX call reports can do?
