    Hello,

    I was redirected here by 3CX support engineer Andreas Andreou to post an idea for a possible new feature.

    One of our customers would like to have a rapport in which he can see at what time an extension changes his/her status from available to away/DND/ect.
    NOTE: this is not about ACD or Queue status, this is the status the user sets in the 3cx phone.

    Is there any change this will be implemented ?
    We also need a report which, when, and how long they switched from status.

    This would be a big benefit. Our current requirement is to see how long agents were in Do Not Disturb and Lunch etc.

    For those of us using the option to automate changing the presence to DND outside of Business Hours, there will need to be an option to restrict the reporting to business hours also.

    We have a new VoIPTools Relay (Windows / Linux) that captures the presence change event. This allows us to log when the change occurred and how long the agent has been in each status. Further, our wallboard also shows in real-time the current agents' status and how long they have been in that status. That's nice if the manager wants to see at a glance how long an agent has been on break, lunch, or DND.
