The native reporting in V14 SP2 isn't enough for our call centre - I need more in-depth, customizable reporting to satisfy our internal requirements and that of our clients.
I'm wondering if there are any 3rd party CDR reporting applications/services that can natively receive a live feed from the 3CX CDR service.
I'm assuming that a specialised CDR application will be able to manipulate the 3CX call data to generate much more comprehensive reports?
