reporting on away reasons

    Hi all

    Is it possible in the call center module, when an agent goes away for tea or lunch or any other reason, to have that info in the reports per agent? If so where can that info be added and how do the agent set that away reason?

    I haven't seen a report with "reasons." However, you can set the "reason" in MyPhone. To the right of the user's status (Available, Away, Out of Office, etc.), you can type in the status "reason." Other users using MyPhone will see that.
