Reporting options

    Hi chaps,

    Is there a more advanced option for reporting? we need to run monthly call reports for various small departments here.

    Each department wants its own logo (yes they have their own logos !) and each has a different range of numbers. It takes a bit of time to set the params each time for each report.

    What we'd like is a tool that lets us save the report parameters for use later on, or even one that runs the reports automatically.

    Any suggestions?

    not with the 3cx reporter. if you are looking for that much functionality I would look at a call accounting system. they will be able go give you what you want.

    You should be able to do this with something like Crystal Reports. You will need an ODBC connection to the database and you should be good to go.
