Reports for Inbound calls

    My customer would like a report showing inbound calls to the system. All the reports I see only log outbound calls. Is there a way to create a report like this OR print the caller ID log from the receptionists extension since all the calls are routed via that phone?

    yes in the reports tool you can filter by extensions, calls, date etc......

    I don't see the caller ID anywhere in the reports. The customer wants to see the inbound caller ID.
