    When a call center spend money to advertise in diferent sites is very important to know the eficience of it.

    Normally for that uses difent DID in each site to obtain information about efectivity looking how many calls come for each DID during some time.

    Other reports about incoming calls are needed too.

    Yes. One of the ways you can track it easier is by creating a queue for every phone number. It is time consuming but works.
