Mute on answer Intercom call Play warning tone for Auto Answer Intercom External Ring Tone <- at minimum make the same as internal, instead of defaulting to another value. My users complain that when someone Intercom's they do not always know, especially if they are on their cell phone or talking to someone. Most users do not use Intercom anymore, they dial the number, but in a few cases, someone has done intercom and listened to an entire conversation in the office that was not meant for their ears. I know you are concerned about too much scrolling on this page, but I think the more variables you can give the end user, the better.
