Request: Possibility of Answering Paging Announcement

When employees of a company do not have a own desk and an incomming external call is for one of the employees they can use the paging feauture in 3CX to make an announcement to notify this employee he/she has to take this phone call. By placing this phone call first in shared parking he/she can pick up this call on every phone he/she likes.
But it would be nice if there is a possibility to answer the paging announcement before taking the call from shared parking so the person who was taking the incomming call as first (before putting the call in shared parking) he/she can inform the employee about this incomming call

This is a little hard to read, just trying to understand the request

a call comes in. Someone answers the phone, finds out who it is for, then parks the call.

Now they want to inform the staff that there is a call on park. Do you have multicast paging setup? our reception has a park button and a page button. so first they park the call then they hit the page button to say who the call is for and what extension the parked call is on.

The thing is they want to have the posibility to speak to the person who the parked call is for, before he takes the call from parking.

So let me try to clarify:

1. External call is comming in and answered by i.e. the receptionist
2. It seems this call is for employee A but the receptionist don't know where employee is.
3. The receptionist place the external call in shared call park 1 (SP1)
4. The receptionist make an announcement over the paging system to inform employee A there is an call for him in SP1
5. But before the employee A takes the call from SP1 the receptionist like te inform employee A about this external call. They don't like to do this over the paging system so every one can hear this (it's a health care organisation). So it should be nice if employee A can answer the paging announcement before he takes the call from SP1
